WSGA Handicap
Your WSGA handicap, if purchased through Cumberland Golf Club will expire on March 25 unless you have renewed it for 2025. If you plan on posting rounds after March 2025 or will belong to a league where it is necessary to have an handicap index, you should renew your handicap soon. The current cost is $30/year through CGC.
Guest Pass and Punch Cards
If you purchased either a single or couples membership this year, your guest pass will be available in the pro shop. Please be sure to pick them up as they are only good for the 2025 season. Guest passes can only be used when playing with a member.
If you purchased a 10 or 20 play punch card, that will also be available in the pro shop.
New Equipment
With the help and funds from the 2024 Dick Rupple Scramble, the Cumblerand Golf Club has purchased the following equipment:
- Sidewinder mower
- Greens roller
- Utility carts
Tree Removal
Several trees around the course have been cut down allowing grass to grow in those areas. These areas include left side of #15 fairway, left side of #16 fairway and around #3 blue tee box.
Parking Lot Renovation
The first steps to improve our parking lot have been taken last year by removing the hillside. Our long term goal is to black top and strip the entire parking lot area. We are currently getting estimates from contractors for this future project.
The hill on the north side of the main parking lot will be removed to expand the current parking lot. Once removed and leveled, class 5 will be put down to allow for more parking. Asphalt will be done at a future date. We apologize for any inconvenience during this time.
Sod Replacement
Sod was removed from the driving range tee box to the following holes on the course. Please avoid driving on or close to these areas.
- #2 at the end of the cart path by the left bunker
- #5 left side of green
- #12 at the left bunker
Driving Range Closure & Renovation
Effective immediately, the driving range will be closed for the remainder of the season. Sod will be removed and relocated to various holes on the course. Concrete will be poured on the current driving range tee box and mats will be installed at a later date.
